The graduation photos are taking place from November 21to 30, which means the class of 2023 will  be booking for their appointments because this gives them a chance for long lasting memories with family and friends.
This year’s photos are happening in Artona’s mobile studio at school and students can book the session in either a solo or a group format. In the group session there can be with two to twelve people and according to Artona’s website it can be a fun event for opportunity to look back on when the students are older, and they can reminisce about their high school experience.

Although the graduation photo session includes props, Artona’s website suggests the students to bring some of their own props that they feel is important to them, especially in the solo sessions. These props can be anything such as a pet, a book, a trophy, and so many more. Students can also bring two of their loved ones and take pictures with them and it can be anyone they want. It can be their friends, parents, siblings, and people they admire.

Student Cerys Jones, grade 12 said, “I’m really excited for my sessions, especially because I’m going to take two of my closest friends with me and I think it’ll be really fun.” She also mentioned how she wants to bring a basketball to take pictures because it represents her in a way.

“I really want to bring Mickey ears because I always have a special part for Disney and it’s something I want to remember when looking back to this” said Kieley Noble, grade 12

Grade 12, Matthew Bailey described this event as “old-fashioned,” and he mentioned that he thinks it’s going to be a fun event with his friends to do and he said he wants to do both sessions. Bailey said he is excited to do this especially because it’s happening normally after two and a half years of covid.

In this photoshoot Students will wear their graduation cap and gowns for the first time and they will have the chance to get lots of pictures with them. Some of the pictures are going to be in the yearbook, so students should make sure to give their best poses to the camera as these photos will be the photos they will look back on.
