Alessandro Di Nardo is a 16 years old exchange student that was born in Rome, Italy. Alessandro was born in April 4 2006, he is currently a 11 Grade student attending  Gleneagle secondary school only for the first semester.
He arrived in Canada, from Rome by plane, at the end of August 2022 and while he is studying here, his family with his lovely cat are waiting for his return back in Italy on February 2nd .
He loves and misses so much his city Rome and every place he has visited in Italy, because Canada is completely different from his native country.

Since he was a child he has always loved playing and watching soccer, especially watching FC Inter matches, which is his favourite soccer team.
He played in an italian small club until 2020, when he started going to the gym so as to take care of his body and health.
Playing soccer is one of his favourite hobbies and that’s why, as soon as school started, he decided to try to join the soccer school team and he did it: he now plays soccer with Gleneagle soccer team two times a week.
At the same time, every Monday, Friday and Saturday he goes to the gym with his Italian friends to do some workout.

When the school started, he had the opportunity to choose the four courses he would have attended during the first semester.
He now attends:
The Accounting course
The New Media and Journalism course
The Pre-Calculus course
– The Mandarin Course.

On the other hand, in Italy he attends a scientific high school, where each student has to study 12 subjects, with the addition of the mandarin language and the name of the Italian school is Convitto Nazionale Vittorio Emanuele II.

When high school started he decided to study this scientific subject because his dream job has always been to become an engineer and work with science, math and space. In fact one of his main hobbies is watch and learning more about universe, because it fascinates him since he was very young.

He is so attached to his family and he also loves his cat. His mom his a school teacher and his dad is a doctor, they both works in Rome. His brother is now studying economics in London and he will be back in Rome at the end of the year.

He loves listening to music and his favourite musical genre are rap, trap and pop music especially Italian and English songs. He spends a lot of time listening to music, mainly when he has to walk or during homework.
