“Learning involves practice and time.”
Nothing was learned or taught in one day. Take Isaac Newton for example it took him years to learn and discover gravity and serval more years for people to believe him, as well as teach and explain how it works.
I also believe no one can learn something in one day even if you understand something in one day you will not be a master at it, everything in life takes practice and time. The only way you can get better at something is though practice and practice take time out of your day.
One example for my life would be playing rugby, one experience in particular would be learning how to kick. I was not able to kick a few months ago but though a lot of hard work as well as a lot of stubbornness I worked hard and practiced every day. I would and still do go out every day and practice, I also believe that teaching is a great way to learn, and it helps you understand better also well.

Practice makes progress is what my dad all ways tell me and I do believe this because you can never be absolutely perfect at something because there is all ways something new to learn, this is why putting in time is so important because you can only go up with time and practice.
