“Learning involves recognizing the consequences of one’s actions.”
For me this essentially means: “To learn and improve one must know the consequences of their actions and learn from them to improve and avoid making more.”
This perspective comes from my not so good addiction of video games because most people who play video games will seek to be the best at that certain game and you cant be the best unless you know how to learn and improve.
And as a person who plays games for hours daily, I can say that statement above describes me quite well as i always strive to be the best and see the reactions of people. This shows how I I’m connected with this principle as its all about learning and improving off of mistakes.
From my years of experience in the gaming field I have built up many skills in many games and now i can be considered good at most games. That is because I use the process of Trial and Error. Back in the day when i was still a young boy I was very bad at games but that has changed due this method.
Trial and error is essentially the shortened version of how I see the principle. When i play games i get better by going through the game and seeing gameplay mistakes that I have or others have made and making sure I don’t do that mistake again which is the learning from your mistakes part.
This method and principle is what has allowed me to learn and improve and become better in the gaming field and that’s why I believe this principle as i would have never become such a good video gamer if it weren’t for that process.
