“FATHER LOSES LARGE AMOUNTS OF JEWELRY IN A ROBBERY – ELDER’S INTERVIEW” by Jaymus Choi
He wrote his father’s quotes for the first sentence, which caught the reader’s attention and he used words that conveyed the content of the text more deeply. Moreover, the visual he drew is included in the article, which makes me easily understand the situation he describes. These can help me grow my writing skills and I learn how I summarize the story with the reader’s interest.

“LIFE DURING THE WAR IN IRAN “by Barsin Mohammad Awali
The article has lots of embedded hyperlinks and images related to her grandma’s history and provides descriptions of how her grandma feels about the challenging experiences she went through when she was in Iran. My Elder Blog Post should include more about how my grandpa feels about his experience, job or future. It is going to let my article convey more of my grandpa’s thoughts.

“SURVIVING WORLD WAR 2- A LONG JOURNEY TO STABILITY IN CANADA” by Kyra Daigle
She set the quotes as images which helped me easily notice her thoughts. I could also feel the connection between her and her grandma in the story. Another thing I can learn from this article to incorporate into my own writing is that the first paragraph states that everyone can relate to, and it gets the reader’s interest. I believe getting the reader’s interest in the first paragraph is very important when I create an article and I need to clarify what I want to tell in the article as well.

From those three articles, I learned a lot that has helped my writing skills improve and I need to add these skills such as I state in each paragraph to my future writing. Overall, I feel my article needs to have a more clear focus on what I want to convey in the article. Moreover, I should not only this time but continue to learn by reading articles various people write.
